4 Orchard Terrace was purchased as a run down property that had stood empty for some time. It was an end terrace property which benfited froma large garden to one side. We felt that there was scope to extend the existing dwelling and create a new dwelling to finish the terrace off. The scheme would enhnace the terrace as a whole and create on new build dwelling. The scheme was designed to fit in with the rest of the character, scale and material finishes of the terrace, also using many of the existing design features and the same type of materials to make the extension and the new dwelling blend in with the existing properties. The scheme was produced using plans and elevations which were coloured up to give an accurate, photographic representations of how the finished dwellings would look. To this end, Planning approval was gained and the construction process is now underway.
